It used to be that insurance was a necessary expense. Now conditions are becoming so extreme that it will become part of property valuation.       

First it was dropping, now it’s rising. No one can reliably predict where it’s going.       

The two plan to invest in 15,000 units.

The same day the Department of Justice sued Visa, the company set aside another $!.5 billion for its U.S., litigation escrow fund.       

“Defendants require the use of private property to reflect their own message ‘for the express purpose that it be observed and read by the public,’ thereby depriving registered offenders of their freedom to speak in their own words or to not speak at all,” wrote U.S. District Judge John A. Ross for the Eastern District

“We will elevate this brand, this company and our business. We will do that with a better and more consistent experience for our guests,” Red Roof President Zack Gharib said.       

“Compelling defendant to find new counsel that far along in the litigation would be prejudicial,” U.S. District Judge Sarah E. Pitlyk of the Eastern District of Missouri wrote.
